Problem in ordering

I just put in an order for ur 49.95 kit it came off my bank account but I looked back at my order to get total cost, after being told it was approved above the start of the order in Red print it stated a problem try again. If I did that I would be charged again I. Would like some one to call me I have no computer or know how to use one. I have tried some of ur phone # they dont go through from here TY
