Poor service.. lies and incompetence

too numerous to go into detail.. they say one thing once and then another thing the next time.. they send the wrong phone. then blame me and want me to send the old phone back when the new phone is a piece of crap... User's recommendation: do NOT deal with assurance wireless.. save your self a lot of stress.
