Poor quality product and unfilled order

I placed three (3) orders with this company in July 2018, to date September 13, 2018 I have only received two (2) of the items I order. Of the two (2) items received neither is as described/pictured on the site. Items were described as being 100% human hair instead I got 100% synthetic. I have emailed and message these people on numerous occasions; no response have been received. They are operating a SCAM people avoid them. They are quick to give you coupons to complete you purchase but not to resolve any issue you have. Customer service is very poor. SCAMMERS PEOPLE STAY FAR FROM THIS MERCHANT.
