Poor customier service. Delayed response time.

Purple.com contracts out to Manna for delivery of their products. I was unfortunate enough to end up buying one of these products. Manna Delivery normally would deliver the product to your home if they have a company in the area. When they don't have one of their specific trucks in your area they subcontract out to a local company. the Sub contacted company delivered my product to my home and left the house with the storm door wide open. We had a bad snowstorm come in shortly after which resulted in wind damage to my door and home. Manna and the subcontracted company claim not responsible and called it incidental damage. Incidental damage would be if they were bringing the product in and wind took the door during that time. The company actually left the house with the door wide open and drove off. that's called Irresponsible not incidental. Very poor company and customer service as they will not pay for repair of damages and took a very long time to process the claim.
