Even though we paid for Asurion monthly and I have had them for years For a replacement phone they wanted me to pay them 150 to replace my phone. I actually gave them 200 dollars the last time I had to replace the phone I have had this phone replaced 5 times Seams like every year & some change it stop working probably. Then again the last two phone I had from them wasnt even a month behind each other.Anyway I was not willing to pay them for a broken phone again So The company ended up replacing the phone for free. User's recommendation: Don’t not get Asurion for protection coverage for your phone… Rep off!
