On January 11th 2020 I bought two tickets Medellín - Madrid - Medellín departing on May 21st 2020 (I paid $4.393.124 Colombian pesos) through Vayama, with code VCO-1572084. Due to Covid19 pandemic, the flights were cancelled, and although Vayama states the airline (Avianca) approved the refund, Avianca firmly states they do not give a refund, but a bonus, that is already approved but it has to be redeemed only with Vayama. I have written several times and even called Vayama, but so far I have not been able to make the bonus effective.
