Package delayed from PostNL

An order was to arrive from the Netherlands to Spain, no longer than 5 days after the order was made, which was on the 8th of July. Transport updates were visible on the company's web up until the 13th of July, and from then on nothing. Finally, I decided to contact the company, but no contact details were available on their web. So thanks to PissedCustomer, I was able to send PostNL a couple of complaints. Even though they did not answer nor send me any notifications of the status of my parcel, It arrived on the 2nd of August. User's recommendation: Do not use this company for transport.
