I have been scammed by a BTScourier Logistics.They claimed they have my parcel to be delivered to me and wants me to send postage with paysafe voucher. After payment the ask for extra cash for insurance. When I called payment safe to check if the money has been cleared. Customer service wasnt receptive. Gave me case references to go to the police. User's recommendation: Customer services needs to be improved.
