Appt problem

I sat for a total of one and 1/2 hour on hold for customer service. No one ever came on line to help me. Terrible customer service!!!
Is there an adapter to work off of DC power for my S9? Looking for power when power goes out or when out camping with out power

ResMed recently bought Inova Labs. My portable Life Choice Activox was serviced well and in a very timely manner by Inova Labs. Customer service is a horror story. Long hold times, and then the most condescending rep possible. Can’t get a name right, put me on hold, then comes back and tells me what I already told him.
