Order Not Shipped & Poorest Customer Service Response

I ordered my neck relax around March 1, 2020, which I still havent received. I received a response to my March 19th inquiry for status that they will check with the warehouse and it could take 30 days to receive my order. As of April 24th, I have heard back nothing back and feel ignored as I also wrote. Since then, I sent 3-4 additional emails, including a mention that I may cancel and write a review- still without a response. I dont know if the company will use COVID-19 as an excuse to keep my payment. This is ridiculous. Customer service can be done from home, right? Please DO NOT go through this. SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF.
