Friendly staff….but when the most expensive item in my storage unit which they removed from the UK went missing…I have an inventory…this company ignores my emails and fone calls and states its the storage unit responsibility…Deannes of Llandudno Junction…Wales. Cannot elicit a response. Many othet items are missing. Advisable not to use this company
