Applied to get their BW Rewards card which I received on Aug 24, 2017. Spent $2000 in the first 3 months as specified in requirements to get additional 40k BW points (total 60k), however they credited only 20k. When called and talked to 3 customer representatives they claimed it would be resolved in my favor. Finally, got a call from their manager Lindsay who told me I don't qualify. When I told her I had a screenshot of the offer (see attached) and email confirmation when my application was approved she said the that link I applied through did not give them the promo code for 60k but only 20k and said she will not credit remaining 40k. To my complaint how can that be my fault (them not receiving the right code) as I applied through the webpage (see attached) she did not have an answer. Avoid at all cost.
