Worse customer service experiences even since 25 years of using credit card and being working myself in the financial industry

Credit Card Locked – Longer Than Normal Wait Times

Like the below mentioned post, I also just discovered my card has been ‘locked’. What’s up with that?? AND, can’t get a hold of anyone on the phones! Understandably this is happening all over, but I had a much shorter wait time contacting another credit card company.

3 hours on phone using 2 phones ..why can’t remote representatives work from home to help customers? User’s recommendation: go to royal bank.

Terrible customer service!! Spent two days trying to connect to Apple Pay. On hold and bumped to three agent where I had to start from the beginning.

Unable to verify Apply Pay, not sure why. User’s recommendation: Never.

Poor customer service and protection

Useless and poor customer service. I am credit card customer of MBNA since 2012 and found not supporting its own customers. I am very disappointing with customer service.
