This is the worst customer service. You cannot speak to rep. after placing an order you never received.

Cannot speak to a rep. order didn’t receive it is like a scam. very disappointing experience. I have a credit store that I can only use after using again my credit card unless I can speak to a rep. User’s recommendation: do not place order with this company.
