When you are buying an insurance hoping that if you need it in the future it will cover for the damage, its weird that they can cover for everything else except for the claim that you are doing, with the answer that unfortunately your policy is not covering for that. Us as customers, we are not asking for anything for free, we are using our insurance that we paid for, Ive bought the same insurance for all my furniture and this is the 1st time that Im trying to use it and its not covering it, Im more disappointed than mad. User's recommendation: Don’t buy the insurance, not worth it.
