Update by user Jun 11, 2021 Shark reached out told me to go back to BB&B. BB&B won’t take it back.So I’m stuck with the mop. Original review posted by user May 11, 2021 I purchased the Shark lift away steam mop in November. Used it for a few months a little heavy, not what I need. Try to return it to Bed Bath and Beyond they would not take it back, so I kept it. Then the steam part fell off. I called the company you guys sent me another one. Now I have a brand new in the box and I have no interest to take it out because of all the bells and whistles that does fit my need. I need the steam mop but want something easier to use. Can you help? Bests
