No response from claims and multiple messages including screen grabs of scam attempts made to look like the came within Reverb. I’m in the third day of trying to alert them to this.

Phone number have me a recorded message referring me to web site and email, then disconnected. Ive spent untold hours trying to deal with a person who has clicked the purchase button on a $9,000 vintage guitar, claims to have sent funds and is demanding shipment. There is no evidence of payment and I told him so. Hes now demanding a refund. Ive sent copies of my communications with him to Reverbs help center over the last three days and still, no acknowledgment from Reverb. User's recommendation: Reverb has given me no evidence of customer support.
