Ive spent 3 days trying to reach the Williston Nd office in regard to my storage unit.I called many times in those three days i even called their headquarters to no avail .. This company has truly dropped the ball .. I still have not spoked to anyone. I've waited on hold at times for more than a hr, this was not something I could do online either
