No 4G

I am not getting 4G. I dropped my phone and the front camera stopped working. I called for a replacement and had to buy the phone. I got a Wiko phone which did not pick up the 4G. It took about several calls, to finally get a replacement phone. Another Wiko phone with no 4G. It took several calls after that to finally get anther order. After numerous support calls. I was told I was going to get a different brand of phone. I had a order number. I called this afternoon about it. They said it was already delivered. That delivery was the 2nd Wiko phone. I told the CSR, that I am tired of Assurance and will be getting another provider. User's recommendation: I wouldn't recommend Assurance Wireless. Even if they paid me!
