My family and i are being haressassed by staff at your san bernardino location.

My key pass did not function correctly. So I addressed this issue with front desk (Beanka) only to be confronted with a negative attudue.She informed me that I wasn't registered to the holtel.hotel. I advised her that I was indeed a registered guest. That I have been here for about 3 to 4 days and that she has even interacted with me.since then I could not get my room cleaned .it took three days to pass and my requesting on a daily for them to finally come and clean my room. User's recommendation: I will have to tell them your holtel could be pleasant if hostess Beanka was properly trained in people's skills. She is the only one that is making my first Helton experience negetive.
