My card was processed for payment eventhough I pa8id cash for the room

I was told my card would be held just to "hold" my room. When I checked out the next morning (Saturday), I paid in cash. No mention was made that my card had been charged!! On Monday morning while checking my account, I saw that $480 had been put onto my debit card the Friday afternoon that I checked in!! I will NEVER use Fairfield Inns again NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS! User's recommendation: DO NOT STAY AT FAIRFIELD INNS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OVERCHARGED!!
