While sick in bed got call that offered $750 settlement for my injury at your store. Asked if I could get gift card with it and lady said my claim has been cancelled. Called next morning and said I wanted to accept that $750. Claim and she told me too late and hung up the phone on me. Very rude of her and called her back and she informed me she has no manager above her. Please help me receive my personal injury claim I was offered but was too sick in bed to fully understand it.
