We have been waiting since April, and it is now September, to receive our order. The first order was for August 5th, the driver pulled off while I was pulling up. When we called customer service and they said I would have to wait until September 2nd. It is September 2nd today, and they skipped our order as my significant other has been home all day waiting and we have been tracking the order all day, realizing that they skipped stopped 14 and went to stop 15. I only had 1 missed call. I called back and then said we would have to call and reschedule. They said the delivery people couldn't find the right apartment number, but the lady on the phone literally read our apartment number right back to us. They had it and it was even on the tracking dispatch messages. We have been waiting insanely long to receive our order. This has been the most disastrous experience I've ever had and I cannot wait another month. Our order needs to be delivered as soon as possible.
