USAA's roadside assistance 3rd party administrator assigned this company to my request for roadside assistance at 14:33. Kept being told they were "tied" up and would be there in 40 minutes. I was told this multiple time. They apparently have one employee working. By 17:40, I had to abandon my car and get picked up by a family member. I will be sure this company is removed from USAA's list of providers because they provide absolutely no assistance. User's recommendation: Stear clear!!!!
