As I was about to reorder a high bioavailable product, I discovered they had changed their formula by adding cheaper, less bioavailable ingredients. Then they censored my negative review about the newer/cheaper product and refused to post it. This site should NOT be trusted; they lost my business. SITE CLEARLY STATES THEIR VITAMINS HAS NO MEDICAL CLAIM THAT MEANS THEIR MEDICINES ARE NOT SURE. THEY ALSO HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Poor service and food quality

Today, July 15, 2020, around noon. 21. 20 I arrived at the restaurant 'Oporto' in Marupe. There were almost no people in the restaurant, but I waited 15 minutes at the checkout until the naturalist decided to serve me, because it was slow and in no hurry to make another order, wait for the burgers to bake and walk to the circle. When I finally expected to be served, the employee was unkind and without a mood. I ordered a large set of kebab burgers and a large set of bacon burgers. When I received the order, I saw the hair in the french fries, I decided not to object, although it is not acceptable, but I took into account the humanity factor. Later, when eating a bacon burger, it tasted like stale or spoiled. After that, I decided to go to the service staff and make my complaint. They kindly replied that the burgers are of good quality, they are made to order and all the ingredients are fresh. I don't change burgers and I didn't do anything else, I just spent money in an institution I don't want to visit anymore. The service is the lowest class and I have to face it for the first time. I wish visitors to experience the frustration I experienced at one of the 'Oporto' restaurants. Of course, I will no longer visit this restaurant at this address, but I will appreciate it if I think about the attitude of the natural people, the duration of the service and the quality of the food.
