Brought laptop to be fixed. Left in the A M. Came back a few hours later. Tech said he did not have the password so I left and came back at the end of day and tech was gone. No feedback. Paid $49.99 for a machine that was not fixed. It was a simple fix as best buy fixed it in 10 minutes receipt said 30 min work on it. It was there allday User's recommendation: Do not use their service.
