Incorrect cancellation fee
Hi my name is Samira Khanom and I ordered a cab at 7:19pm, and it didnt arrive at all, I had the same issue right before which Ive never had because I use your company a lot, I had no contact from the driver either, I was waiting for a very long time and had no choice but to book an Uber. I was charged a £4 cancellation fee when my cab didnt even arrive? Please can. I dispute this because I find this very unfair when I was waiting at my destination and I saw no car and got no contact
