my order delivered on July 15th, and one of the armless recliner's headrest is not working. I request for a service coming today Aug 6, one of the representative told me they will call me one hour ahead before they come. I've been waiting for their call from 10am to 1:30pm, no one call me. Then I just received a call not from that service man but the service support representative, told me that man left because nobody home. Is he really ring the bell? Why can't he gives a call but left in just few minutes? My brother was home for me all day. So irritating, i have to wait for another long wait due to the rescheduling on Sep 23! make my day so bad.
