i want to get the prescription and ppd and frame sizes etc for my last 2 purchases my name is john m. corcoran 315759**** dob 5/30/1949 my vision works strore is # 1040 in geneva ny 14456. Its by appt only and no appts are available so i can acess my information. is there any way you can help me? the sales would be under my name as my wife also deals with that store.thank you
