Item not delivered

12/18/17 an order was made from 110.shop, the delivery method was chosen - delivery by courier. On the next day, which is 19.12. I received an SMS with the text that my order has been delivered to the courier service and I will receive it within one working day. Of course, it takes one day - there is no order, in the second not, without really understanding why, on December 21 I made a call to the number indicated on the website, where the woman replied that my address was incomplete, so it was not possible to hand over the order. Although I know that I gave the address correctly, I have delivered by courier before. But well, the woman said that now everything will be corrected and the information will be handed over to the courier service and will also send us info with what is happening with the order. Waiting, but no information.Call the next day with a question about what's going on. The woman answers, who explains that the order address is not specified correctly, I say that yesterday we corrected everything to which she answers that no.
