I was sold a broken used TV

I paid to rent a TV from your store on Louisville Ave in Monroe, LA the store delivered me a second hand used half working TV the HDMI outlet wasn't mounted into the back of the TV tight when I plugged my Direct TV input into it the TV stopped working. I keep calling Buddy's to come and pick up the TV but they refused.
