As I have stated, I cannot get a real person to ask about my purchase of two weeks ago that has not yet arrived. My bank paid the company so I want to find out if my package has shipped out. No one has contacted me by phone or text or email and I am concerned this is a sham! User's recommendation: Do not buy from this company.
