I puchased two mechanical recliners with warranty and last year both stopped working i call and a work order and nothing has been done.

Rotten warranty service. this is what I'm talking about they want 100 symbols for this message but they cant get around to fixing or replacing my chairs. one recliner wont close one will not open and I bought a third on clearance and that does not close either. User's recommendation: dont buy nothing that plugs in at value city because as soon as you pay them you can find them.
