My S-Lite 2 keeps rebooting while am on a call. Needed support from Umidigi. Nothing so far. It’s been more than a week. User’s recommendation: Don’t bother.

Failed Product, Dishonest Service

New phone not able to link to my carrier

I recently purchased a brand new umidigi s5 pro. I have boost mobile in the United States. Boost says my phone is locked and needs unlocked so they can add it to the service. Can you please help me with this?
