I have questions on why I was denied for donating plasma

So I went in a while back and got signed up to donate plasma, and because I answered that I have a reaction to latex and nickel they told me that I would need a doctors note.This morning I bring in the doctors note to my local CLS plasma, and they straight up told me no even with a doctors note. So Im curious to why I was told to get a doctors note from a doctor that I have seen for mini years, and knows how I react to these things. Just to be shot down??
