I canceled my membership is still being billed

This is what I'm talking about the whole situation cannot talk to a live person and I have to email it doesnt make any sense to me I called cancel my membership a a month ago I would like for you to return my money

I canceled the subscription for the bag, the money was withdrawn and the bag was sent anyway, the subscription appeared in the account again, the subscription was canceled again and the money was withdrawn again, twrote to the customer service and so far no one answered, I do not want a subscription, this is a mockery.
