Lock not opening

I have a wordlock alphabet code lock on my storage building and I cannot get it open. It seems as though the mechanism (thumb tab) will not open the lock when I put in my pass code…thoughts on how to unfreeze this mechanisms? I am using the code I set for the lock.

Bought product which DID NOT include instructions

Sent request to WordLock for instructions how to set their product…. no response. I will never buy or recommend their product. Offensive term – them! User’s recommendation: NEVER, NEVER, NEVER buy anything from WordLock!

I can’t get my lock unlocked
