I have had five Hyundais. I was completely dissatisfied with the lease end process. I wrote to customer service in Fountainville, CA. They never responded. The person trying to collect $126 from me threatened me with a collection agency. She told me no one will answer you when you write to them. Worst customer experience ever. User's recommendation: Do not use Hyundai Financing.
