Health violations

Burger King in Opry Mills Mall in Nashville, TN is gross. Manager handling food with bare hands from box on floor sitting between his blue toenails (wearing open toed shoes in kitchen) see pictures. Other employees slow and not wearing hair coverings. This Burger King was slow, nasty, and not accurate with order. User's recommendation: Exercise another option in this food court.
