Original review updated by user Apr 09, 2021 Stayed at the Laquinta in Merrillville, IN on April 6, 2021. Checked in at around 3am. The room had not been cleaned. *** all over the bathroom, carpet filthy, Shower did not work, do not know when it was last vaccuumed. The night clerk would not give me another room or my money back - said NO REFUNDS. Who ever heard of no refunds? I travel constantly and have NEVER seen one this bad!!!!!!!!!! Gave it a bad rating. With the covid cannot believe this is still open.. next letter is to the Health Dept. User's recommendation: DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! READ REVIEWS!!!!!!!!!
