I have white hair. I wanted it to be ash blonde. I used L'Oreal Superior Preference Ash Blonde Hair Color and it came out grey. Before I started it was pure white and much better looking than multi-colored grey. I wanted blonde but not a bright yellow blonde so I chose the ash version. No blonde just ash. I have to attend and important meeting looking like an old washed out woman. Unacceptable. Will have to pay a professional salon to correct it.
