The mortgage servicer can tell KYHC anything and they believe it. The same people who caused the market crash!!. You will be denied without due process as they have no appeal process. They are in the bed with the banks!!
Accepted program in 2014 to save my home from foreclosure. They (KYHC) DO NOT advise you that your personal credit will be gone for the next 7-10 years.
