I purchased the Inogen G5 in May 2021, directly from Inogen. Delivery took 3 weeks, which was excessive for a needed medical device, paying out of pocket. The machine is easy to use and fits my lifestyle, but it stopped working less than one month after receipt. I purchased lifetime warranty - good thing! Customer service was stellar though, and I had a new machine in 3 days. In July 2021 the AC wall plug unit died too. Again, excellent customer service, and replacement coming in 3 days.
