The quality of the fabric is awful.

The fabric is completely worn out. They replaced them and the same thing is happening to the new ones. User’s recommendation: don’t but this product.

Unable to contact an email address or get on the phone

I have tried numerous times to call to ask a simple question. Today is Monday. I was told you would call me back on Wednesday! That’s too late. I don’t know what to do but change banks. User’s recommendation: Don’t bank here!
