Freezer will not freeze

Talked to Bea at the Baltimore terminal. She quickly resolved my delivery issues. This employee has great value to YRC. Until I spoke with Bea the YRC delivery system failed my company with inexcusable delays, promises, and service. The online tracking system has no value, I suggest shutting it down until the delivery system meets customer delivery promise. My purchase date was 6/21, and the freezers were delivered 7/9, with Beas wonderful assistance. Lastly, my men unloaded the freezers because YRC could not. User's recommendation: Pay for FedEx or other shipper.
