Flight Scheduling

Dear Sirs: I had three tickets canceled last Spring and my return flight in December so I have to reschedule through Fare Boom by 1/31/2021. My flight would be Minsk, Belarus to San Antonio TX. Austin or Houston would also be acceptable. How soon in February would it be safe to fly so I will not have a ticket canceled again. Would it be better to fly in early March? Thanks. Volha Lutanava
