I'm not pissed off. I understand with covet19. I just have glasses that got scratches on the lens and I have a warranty for a year. I just wanted to get them replaced before the year was up. I talk to a representative over a month ago and was told me whenever they reopen I can get it taking care of even if the time has passed. I'm wearing an old pair.
