Failure to resolve issue on broken Gravity BBQ

Update by user Aug 10, 2021 Sending me a 3rd replacement fan. I also bought a new bbq, THAT WORKS! Original review posted by user Aug 10, 2021 I bought the gravity 800 bbq. When received, the bbq arrived with the wiring connectors crushed. I reached out to masterbuilt, they sent me new wiring harness and a fan a month later. 5 bbqs in and the fan burns out. I replaced it with the second fan, that fan burns out and melts. It smells like a wiring short. I email masterbuilt back, and they want to send me a 3rd fan. This has been going on since april. they obviously sent me a faulty unit, and refuse to send me a refund. I spent over 800$ on this unit and only able to use it 5x's. sent User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY MASTERBUILT.
