This is such a horrible, unethical, inefficient company. They charge a ridiculous amount for contact lenses and then supposedly offer rebates that require a crazy number of hoops to jump through. They will do everything they possibly can to reject your rebate forms. They also refuse to coordinate with the doctors' offices they partner with, so the billing offices don't put the necessary information on the receipts, and then Acuvue rejects the rebate forms because they say they have inadequate information. It's quite a scam. I'm going to try reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well as some other oversight organizations. User's recommendation: Find another company for contact lenses. Acuvue is shameless!
