Extremely dissatesferd with service at Pearle Vision

I would like to talk with someone regarding how terribly disappointed I am with the service at Pearle Vision. I orderly glassed last August and I STILL do not have the glasses although I have paid in full for them. I think this is absolutelly ridicuous! If this is the way Pearle Visiion works I will never go to you again nor will I reconend you to any one else. The store has remade the prescription 4 or 5 times. The last time I gave them the prescription from my last glasses, at their insistence.I don't understand how that would help them with their new prescription though. That was about 3 weeks ago. I was told that they would remake them again and they would but a "rush" on the order. I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM. At this point I don't have much faith that I will have a pair of glasses that will fit me. I'd be better with a refund. ( Sorry, I did not make note of the times and dates because I never thought I would need to)
